Onex Corporation (TSX:OCX) announced that it will release its results for the three months ended March 31, 2014 on May 16, 2014. A live broadcast of Onex' conference call to discuss the results will begin at 11:00 a.m. ET on May 16, 2014.

Onex' Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Toronto Board of Trade, First Canadian Place, 77 Adelaide Street West, 3^rd Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
