Online Advertisers Verify 300 Billion Impressions Through DoubleVerify in 2010

Leading Compliance and Verification Provider Continues to Expand Leadership Team With New CFO and VP Business Development

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 8, 2011) - DoubleVerify, the pioneer and worldwide leader in online media verification and compliance, announced significant growth today in the total number of advertising clients and verified impressions served from the previous year. The company verified more than 300 billion impressions between January and December of 2010 and achieved eight times more revenue than the previous year. DoubleVerify's client base also grew to include more than 150 Fortune 500 advertisers using its verification and compliance technology. To support this growth, DoubleVerify's team expanded to more than 100 employees worldwide, with more aggressive hiring plans for 2011.

DoubleVerify also announced the appointment of Yoav Millet as Chief Financial Officer and Mark Pearlstein as VP business development. Millet joins DoubleVerify from On-Net Surveillance Systems where he served as COO and CFO. Pearlstein joins DoubleVerify from Ringleader Digital, a mobile ad serving provider, where he was SVP of business development and sales. These additions reflect the rapid growth in DoubleVerify's employee base.

Millet has more than 20 years of experience identifying and monetizing value from IP assets in a broad spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to On-Net Surveillance Systems, Milled served as COO at IncentOne, managing partner at M-CAM, senior managing director of alseT-IP Structured Finance LLC and managing director for Juno Investments. He also previously co-led the investment banking and venture capital activities of Clali & Associates Financial Management (LCF Edmond de Rothschild Group) as well as management positions within various institutional investment companies. Millet is a CPA and holds dual bachelor's degrees in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

At Ringleader Digital, Pearlstein was responsible for leading direct sales to strategic publishers and managing a business development team focused on smaller transactional opportunities. Pearlstein was actively involved in the acquisition of every client, including Microsoft, ESPN, AccuWeather, Fox News and Travel Channel. Prior to Ringleader Digital, Pearlstein was regional director of sales at Entriq and director of North American sales for Highdeal, Inc. Previous posts include senior account manager at Motive/Broadjump and Account Manager at Oracle. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University.

In addition to its growth in online media verification services, DoubleVerify also launched an Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA) compliance solution in 2010 to help marketers, ad networks, DSPs and publishers easily adhere to recent self-regulatory initiatives aimed at protecting consumer privacy.
