Online Classifieds Site Will Be Publishing Valentine's Day Messages Sent Through Twitter

This is an opportunity for users of the online classifieds site to broadcast their Valentine's Day greetings using the latest social networking platform. Readers can send messages of 140 characters or less, fitting with PennySaver's 15-word, 3-line message limit.

Submitting a greeting is easy: just sign up for a free Twitter account and enter a message and the California zip code for publication. Add #pennyshout to your tweet and will monitor the #pennyshout feed and publish tweets, subjected to space limitations, in the zip code provided.

The deadline to submit a message is Thursday, February 3, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. PST. Tweets submitted past that deadline will be published in the following week's issue. Throughout the year, messages for special occasions can also be submitted through #pennyshout for publication in the PennySaver in a designated zip code.

For followers outside of the online classifieds site's publication regions, online users can also place Valentine's Day ads on the online classifieds site to promote their business, advertise a Valentine's Day fundraiser, or share a Valentine's Day event. The Valentine's Day icons will be available from January 24th through February 14th. Advertisers and promoters can enhance their online classifieds ad with special Valentine's Day icons starting at just $2.50.
