Online Leasing Available for Historic Pillsbury A-Mill Lofts

Within one hour of opening the leasing website, over 60 percent of lofts were reserved. Some studio and one-bedroom lofts are still available; potential residents can visit to view photos and floor plans and select lofts, with a move-in date of either December 2014 or July 2015.

The $150 million adaptive reuse renovation, which provides much-needed affordable housing in the heart of Minneapolis, kicked off in the fall of 2013. The historic flour mill was transformed into affordable housing rental units for artists, with 251 artist lofts with shared work and studio spaces. Studios, one, two, three, and four bedrooms will be leased to those who meet artist and income requirements.
