Online Marketing Expert [x+1] Announces the Appointment of a New CTO

DeAngelis will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of the company's next generation product suites. DeAngelis, who holds five pending patent applications in the field of eCRM/Real-Time Marketing, for the last two years, was CTO of Infotrieve Inc., of Wilton, CT, an information management company that serves many of the Fortune 500. Before that he was a founder and CTO of CentrPort, an online advertising company that provided digital behavioral marketing solutions for top brands like General Motors and SBC. He led CentrPort's Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) certification, the first eCRM/emarketing company to be accredited; this is now the defacto standard. In addition, CentrPort was named a Rising Star in the 2003 Deloitte Connecticut Technology Fast 50 Program, and recognized by Red Herring editors for Innovation and Business Strategy and named in the Red Herring 100 in 2004. Prior to working at CentrPort, he served as SVP of Application Development at Blau Marketing Technology, which was sold to Snyder Communications in 1998. Since 2007, he has served on the board of directors of USA Bank Inc., of Port Chester, NY.
