Festivities begin at 10:00 a.m. with participant registration and the walk, wheel, roll or run begins at 11:00 a.m.

The Walk forMuscular Dystrophy is a fun event that the entire family can participate in, regardless of fitness level. The celebration includes activities for kids, snacks and refreshments. The Walk is fully accessible and participants can choose from a 1km or 5km route.

Your support will help those living with a neuromuscular disorder in your community like Aaron Bombard, this year's Kingston Walk for Muscular Dystrophy Ambassador. For Aaron, the Kingston Walk for Muscular Dystrophy is not only an opportunity to raise money and awareness, but to help those in the community who also have muscular dystrophy. "It helps to know there are others who are going through the same things. It's a chance to meet and help one another."

Make a difference by registering for the Kingston Walk for Muscular Dystrophy and help raise funds to support those like Aaron living with a neuromuscular disorder in your community.
