ONRAD Releases Teleradiology Turnaround Times and Quality Data

RIVERSIDE, CA--(Marketwire - April 6, 2011) - ONRAD, Inc., a U.S.-based teleradiology provider, is now reporting teleradiology turnaround times and teleradiology quality data for its radiology group.

Teleradiology turnaround times are reported on a monthly basis. In March, ONRAD radiologists maintained an overall average turnaround time of 24 minutes, which is well below the 30-minute standard for most providers.

"Turnaround times and quality data must be reviewed together," Dr. Vincent said of the company's decision to release both sets of numbers, "because a fast interpretation is worthless if it isn't correct."

Quality data is reported on a quarterly basis. In the fourth quarter of 2010, ONRAD customers reported 0.146% discrepancies. This number includes minor and major misses.
