Onsino Capital Corporation Announces Reinstatement of Trading on NEX

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2009) - Onsino Capital Corporation (the "Company") (NEX BOARD:OS.H) is pleased to announce that the common shares of the Company have been reinstated for trading on NEX effective the opening February 24, 2009.

The common shares of the Company were initially suspended by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") as a result of the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") temporary cease trade order dated September 11, 2007 under section 127 of the Securities Act (Ontario), as extended by an order dated September 21, 2007 (together, the "Ontario CTO"), and the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") cease trade order dated September 11, 2007 pursuant to section 164 of the Securities Act (British Columbia) (the "BC CTO").

On February 5, 2009 the Company announced that the OSC issued an order revoking the Ontario CTO, and the BCSC issued an order revoking the BC CTO. The Company then proceeded expeditiously with its application to the Exchange and NEX for a reinstatement of trading. Accordingly, the Company has been advised by the Exchange that the common shares of the Company are scheduled for reinstatement on NEX effective the opening February 24, 2009.

The Company is a capital pool company governed by Exchange policies. The Company's principal business is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction within the meaning of Exchange policies.
