Onstream Media and TSNN to Create Virtual Show for Tradeshow Industry Utilizing MarketPlace365™

POMPANO BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - February 10, 2011) - Onstream Media Corporation (NASDAQ: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand Internet broadcasting, corporate Web communications and virtual marketplace technology, today announced an agreement with Tarsus Advon for the Trade Show News Network (TSNN) to create a virtual tradeshow platform for the tradeshow industry -- to be called the "Show of Shows" and powered by Onstream's MarketPlace365.

TSNN expects the "Show of Shows" to be a virtual show environment at which some of the biggest live tradeshows in the U.S. will have an online presence, allowing buyers and exhibitors to interact 365 days a year and which will eventually feature thousands of tradeshow organizers and suppliers as exhibitors. This industry showcase, believed to be one-of-a-kind, is expected to enable the trade show industry to create an interactive forum and social community to provide TSNN's tradeshow organizers with a venue to attract new exhibitors and industry participants.

Another significant benefit for tradeshow organizers is that by participating in the TSNN "Show of Shows" they will have firsthand experience in virtual tradeshow technology utilizing MarketPlace365. This provides them with the ability to extend their existing physical event, expanding their reach and creating new revenue opportunities.
