Ontario Entrepreneur Recieves Global Recognition at G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit in Nice, France

WHITBY, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2011) - This week, Whitby-based entrepreneur, Arjun Kumar, CEO of Kela Medical will be one of 28 Canadian entrepreneurs selected to represent the country at the 2011 G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit in Nice, France.

Just days before the world leaders will convene in Cannes for the G20 Summit, these young business leaders along with entrepreneurs from other G20 member nations, will take the stage to emphasize the vital role played by young entrepreneurs in promoting economic growth and innovation.

Mr. Kumar was selected by the Canadian delegation organizers in recognition of his dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and passion, and for his role as one of Canada's job creators and innovators with his company, Kela Medical.

As the first smartcard system of its kind, Kela Medical proudly launched its revolutionary pHR card in May 2011, offering patients and healthcare providers with better access to health records while also providing them with the security they demand. The system uses patented technology to provide economical solutions for physicians and patients to create, access, and maintain electronic medical records.
