Ontario's Energy Sector and the Human Resource Challenges and Opportunities Ahead

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2007) - Recognizing the growing importance of human resource issues in Ontario's energy sector, and the challenges and opportunities these issues represent, the 190-member Ontario Energy Association (OEA) is pleased to have Mr. Ted Emond, Senior Consultant, Talent and Organizational Change, Hewitt Associates as its next guest speaker. Mr. Emond will be speaking at the final OEA breakfast event of 2007, from 8:00 am - 9:00 am, on Wednesday, December 5th, at The Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto.

"Ted's topic - Ontario's Energy Sector and the Human Resource Imperative: Challenges and Strategies for the Workforce of Today and Tomorrow - is certainly timely and one that will be of interest to firms and organizations throughout Ontario's energy sector," said OEA President and CEO Shane Pospisil. "This is the tenth and last event of our 2007 Breakfast Speakers Series and it is appropriate that it focuses on where our future success will ultimately derive, from the talented women and men we are able to retain, develop and attract to the sector."
