OnviSource Acquires Davacord, Leading Contact Center Recording and Quality Monitoring Solution Provider

All-Cash Acquisition Expands Parent Company's Suite of Integrated Contact Center Applications

PLANO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 23, 2005 -- OnviSource, the parent company of CadCom Telesystems, Business Solutions and Axius Portals, today announced that it had acquired Davacord, Inc. in an all-cash transaction.

Davacord is a leading provider of converged contact center recording and quality monitoring solutions that enable call centers to achieve the highest levels of performance and liability protection, while supporting existing business processes and without complex integrations or software upgrades. Davacord's products are currently used by more than 700 customers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, including many Fortune 500 customers.
