                                          Operational Update: Namibia
Frontier Resources International Plc, the Plus-quoted (Ticker: FRGP) international oil and gas exploration  and
production  company  with  assets  in  the U.S.A., Zambia and Namibia, is  pleased  to  provide  the  following
operational update on its activities in Namibia.

Since  the  issuance  of  the  licence for Blocks 1717 and 1718 in January 2012, Frontier  has  undertaken  the

*        Gathered  all available geological, geophysical, geochemical, potential field and well data  over  the

*        Paper  copies of all vintage 2D seismic lines across the Blocks were scanned, digitized,  re-processed
and interpreted.

*        Several leads have been identified as a result of the interpretation of the newly re-processed seismic
data. The Company is now planning a programme to acquire additional seismic data to further delineate the leads
and mature them to prospect level.

Frontier's CEO Jack Keyes said, "We've made significant progress to date in our understanding of the geological
evolution  and  petroleum  possibilities  of the Owambo Basin and we  look  forward  to  communicating  further
information on Namibia".

Frontier's  Blocks  1717  and  1718,  located  in the Owambo Basin  in  northern  Namibia,  cover  an  area  of
approximately  18,000 square kilometers. A two year exclusive exploration licence was issued  on  20th  January
2012.  Frontier  is  operator with a 90% working interest while NAMCOR, The National Petroleum  Corporation  of
Namibia, has a 10% carried interest in the licence.

Frontier  also wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Mr. Alex Warne as Country Manager for Namibia.
Mr.  Warne,  who is based in Windhoek, holds an MSc (Geology) from Aberdeen University in Scotland and  a  BSc.
Hons  (Geology)  from  the  University of Stellenbosch. Mr. Warne has worked at De Beers  and  NAMCOR  and  has
extensive  knowledge of the petroleum geology of Namibia. Mr Warne's local knowledge and contacts will  provide
valuable assistance to Frontier in its future business development in Namibia.
