The second edition of this successful event will feature a variety of key public sector officials who will provide briefings on upcoming opportunities for private sector involvement in toll roads, ports, transit and airports.

A roster of approximately 45 distinguished speakers will be lead by Keynote Speaker, David Crane, the Special Advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for jobs and economic growth in the State of California. Mr. Crane's address will focus on "California's $500 Billion Infrastructure Challenge."
