OpSource Sets New SLA Standard for Cloud Computing, Guarantees Cloud Reliability, Performance and Support

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2010) - OpSource™ today raised the bar in cloud computing by introducing the most comprehensive service level agreement (SLA) available from any cloud vendor. If mainstream adoption of the cloud is to occur, enterprise-class SLAs that instill confidence in cloud users and demonstrate product confidence on the part of the cloud vendors themselves are critical.
