Optensity Debuts AppSymphony's New Web Interface on AWS Marketplace

Personal Edition Provides Immediate Access to Award-Winning Big Data Analytics Application Platform

RESTON, VA--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2014) - Optensity Inc. today announced that AppSymphony™ Web, Personal Edition is now available on the AWS Marketplace, enabling users to quickly and easily build and deploy powerful big data analytic applications. AppSymphony Web, Personal Edition is a single user, web interface edition of the AppSymphony product line.

"By accessing AppSymphony via the AWS Marketplace, users are now able to rapidly compose and orchestrate new algorithms, data integration and web services applications in AWS," said Pamela Arya, CEO and co-founder of Optensity. "This personal edition introduces the user to the App Composition web interface and provides a limited number of prebuilt components for creating workflows."

The AppSymphony platform allows analysts and subject matter experts to exploit the power of big data with an easy-to-use graphical composition environment. Pre-built components are available to access and process structured and unstructured data, SQL and NO-SQL databases, web service APIs, and enterprise messaging. This approach substantially reduces the time required to bring new applications to market by providing a seamless transition from building, testing, and verifying algorithms to running them operationally in a cloud.
