The new dynamic timeline in Optify's Contact Manager integrates entire lead and contact history, including data collected from when contacts were anonymous visitors, into one mobile-friendly dashboard so that both Sales and Marketing can utilize the same CRM.

Optify first introduced Optify Connect® in October 2012. The technology begins tracking visitor information from the first time he or she lands on a site, even if the contact doesn't fill out a form to provide identification. Once a contact does complete a form, Optify Connect® ties together all of the multi-device and multi-browser visits into one contact, providing a full history of the contact over time. Unlike other visitor-tracking solutions like Google Analytics, Optify Connect® extends beyond site visits and accurately pinpoints the number of unique sales leads, allowing sales and marketing to better measure program performance.

The new Contact Details pulls together all of this information into one, centralized timeline where contacts can be viewed, managed and followed up with manually or automatically using Optify's Marketing Automation solution. With full contact history, enhanced by Dun & Bradstreet and LinkedIn data, sales teams can prioritize, follow up with and manage all of their prospects and customers in Optify, eliminating the need for a complicated and disconnected CRM system.
