Options Media Group Holdings Adds Fry's Electronics to Growing List of Retailers -- Realizing Increased Retail Sales Pull Through

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OPMG) (PINKSHEETS: OPMG), which is in the process of changing its name to PhoneGuard, Inc., is announcing that all 34 stores of the consumer electronics giant Fry's Electronics plus its popular web site have joined the growing list of retailers carrying the Company's Drive Safe™ anti-texting while driving software application suite. Several of these retailers are selling an increasing amount of product, which is resulting in the Company beginning to receive re-orders.

"The introduction of our Drive Safe anti-texting while driving software application suite has helped to create an entirely new category of mobile phone software," commented Scott Frohmam, CEO of Option Media Group. "As with most new product categories there is a period of education that must take place before retailers are effective in selling the product and before consumers move from the product consideration stage to the product purchase stage. We are very happy to report to the industry and to our investors that both retailers and consumers are increasingly accepting our anti-texting while drive product suite."

Last year, Options Media Group introduced its Drive Safe Software, a next-generation, state-of-the-art mobile phone control management software suite designed to prevent texting while driving. Drive Safe Software is designed to prevent texting while driving while also offering parents and employers the ability to monitor the driving habits of mobile phone users in order to prevent speeding. The Company recently introduced PhoneGuard Voice, a cloud-based application that is easy to install on most cell and smartphones and enables the user to listen to both incoming emails and text messages that are read out loud while the user is driving.
