Options Media Group Moves From Legacy Business to Mobile Applications Company - CEO to Discuss in Conference Call Later Today

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OPMG) (PINKSHEETS: OPMG), which is in the process of changing its name to PhoneGuard, Inc., today announced the Company is nearing the completion of its transformation into a mobile applications company. Management is scheduled to explain this transformation in further detail during a conference call to be held later today after the market close.

"The mobile applications market is one of the fastest-growing areas within the technology and consumer market sectors as consumers increasingly use their smartphones for email and Internet browsing and as the number of mobile applications explodes," commented Scott Frohman, CEO of Options Media Group. He continued, "We believe the feature and function set of the new PhoneGuard™ application suite will significantly exceed anything currently available in the marketplace today. This robust set of features will be available both from the handset and via remote web access, thereby offering individuals, parents and employers a wide range of options to prevent texting while driving and to ensure the safety of the user, while at the same time providing unprecedented levels of security for the important data stored on the handset."

Over the past two quarters, the Company's management and technical teams have been working diligently to augment the feature and function set of the PhoneGuard mobile applications suite of products. What started out as primarily an antivirus and anti-malware platform has now evolved into the most robust, full service mobile application suite available in the marketplace today. While the flagship feature of this product is the Drive Safe™ anti-texting while driving software, the new PhoneGuard 360 product suite that will soon hit the market will include the most robust set of features and functions available in the marketplace today. Specifically, these will include, Geo fencing, phone locator, panic button, speed control that will alert the administrator if the user is speeding, scheduled timeout that will enable the administrator to govern the time of day keyboard functions may be used, phone lock-down that will allow the owner to remotely lock the phone if it is lost or stolen, data wipe and data backup that will allow the user to either remove personal information if the phone is lost or elect to backup data on the phone.

Mr. Frohman advised, "While we have been hard at work on the product front, we have also made significant strides in strengthening our overall business. We have recently been able to strengthen our balance sheet with the addition of 1.3 million in new capital and have also written off several unprofitable business lines. We began our shipments of DriveSafe in March 2011. During the quarter ended March 31, 2011, we reduced our cash used in operations to approximately $222,000 and were unable to recognize revenue under generally accepted accounting principles relating to two material orders of DriveSafe shipped in March. We have also made significant strides in increasing our product distribution capabilities with the addition of several large retailers including Ralphs Grocery Company, the largest subsidiary of Kroger Co., Fry's Electronics, and Quality One Wireless as well as a recent A-list celebrity endorsement of the product."

The management team of Options Media will hold a conference call today, May 25, 2011 at 4:30 PM Eastern daylight time, to discuss these and many other positive events occurring at the Company.
