Orange County's Largest Mixer Joins Chambers of Commerce With Business Professionals for a Networking Event Unlike Any Other

Southern California Mega Business Event Combines Mixer With Expo for Networking Success

ORANGE COUNTY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 14, 2006 -- In Southern California, the adage, "It's not what you know, it's who you know" still rings true. And the more people you know the better. Orange County's Largest Mixer IV provides the perfect opportunity to mix business with the pleasure of networking to help build that ever-important contact list.

"The great availability of diverse professions -- all in one place, all at one time -- and all exchanging information and ideas brings me back to Orange County's Largest Mixer for another year," said Daran K.S. Meredith, Senior Loan Consultant, Ross Mortgage in Irvine, CA. "The mortgage industry is and has been a very difficult market in Southern California. Because of this, you must always be branching out. The Largest Mixer is a fantastic chance to enforce this credo."

Scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2007 from 5 to 9 p.m., the event will be held at the Orange County Fair and Exposition Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. A $15 admission fee gives attendees the opportunity to view more than 300 exhibitors and network with thousands of local "influentials" on the cutting edge of Orange County's business elite.

Now in its 4th successful year, the Mixer has grown to represent a powerful meeting of Orange County area chambers of commerce and local businesses representing hundreds of industries and companies in Southern California. Last year, over 2300 business people came together for this ultimate networking event.

"Business development goes way beyond city limits and our members appreciate the additional opportunities to participate and network with companies throughout Orange County," remarked Vince Brantley, Vice President of Business Development, Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. "Our partnership with Orange County's Largest Mixer helps us serve our members."

Designed to be part expo and part business social event, Orange County's Largest Mixer accomplishes both by providing an "open feel" for the exhibitor's area -- no strict space rules and booth sizes are designated -- and conversational areas for casual one-on-one discussions with existing contacts or building new relationships.

"Our networking efforts at last year's Orange County's Mixer netted us 4 corporate sponsors for our deaf center which translated into thousands of dollars in donations," said Richard Roehm, Chief Executive Officer, Orange County Deaf Advocacy Center. "This is the type of event that puts you in the proximity of people you need to know in the local business community."

Orange County's Largest Mixer is an annual event that brings together local business organizations and Orange County's area Chambers of Commerce for an evening of professional networking and business outreach. A resounding success for the past eight years, the much-heralded event's format has even been reproduced in other regions, including Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
