OCI Reschedules Third Installment of Cash Dividend
Orascom Construction Industries ("OCI") confirmed today that it will
reschedule its third cash dividend installment valued at US$ 0.9156
ordinary share (US$ 1.8312 per Global Depository Receipt "GDR") to a
later date to be confirmed in the near future.
