Orbite Appoints a New Chairman

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 20, 2008) - EXPLORATION ORBITE V.S.P.A. INC. (TSX VENTURE:ORT.A) (the "Corporation" or "Orbite") announces the appointment of Mr. Lionel Leveille as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Leveille, Senior Advisor to CEO and former President and CEO of Adacel Inc., was formerly President and General Manager of Raytheon Systems Canada, and Vice President and General Manager of Heroux Inc., one of Canada's leading manufacturers of aerospace landing gears. Mr. Leveille was also Vice President and Assistant General Manager of the Reconnaissance Division of Bombardier and Executive Vice President of Oerlikon and prior to this at Canadian Marconi Company (CMC), where he was Vice President of the Avionics Division.

Mr. Leveille has been active in the Aerospace Industry of Canada (AIAC) for more than 25 years, and was elected Chairman of the AIAC in 1988. He has also been an active member of the Canadian NATO Industrial Advisory Group (CNIAG); an organization where he was chairman from January 1999 - July 2000. Mr. Leveille studied Electrical Engineering at Sherbrooke University.
