MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 19, 2008) - EXPLORATION ORBITE V.S.P.A. INC. (TSX VENTURE:ORT.A) ("Orbite") announces the creation of its governance and human resources committee which, like the existing audit committee, is an independent committee of the Board of Directors.

"With the commencement of the development work of the Grande Vallee site and the beginning, in the near future, of the construction of the pilot plant that will test, in an industrial context, the revolutionary patented processes we developed for extracting alumina, the corporation will considerably intensify its activities. It is important for the Board of Directors to ensure that the appropriate governance structures are in place to assist Orbite's management in this growth period," indicated Richard Boudreault, Orbite's CEO. The committee's mission will be to evaluate the performance and remuneration of the directors and executives of the corporation. "The creation of this committee is an important step evidencing the importance Orbite gives to good governance," concluded Mr. Boudreault.
