Orbixa Technologies Lawsuit Against JitneyTrade Proceeding to Mediation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 2, 2016) - Peter Beck, founder and President of Orbixa Technologies Inc., today announced that a mediation date of July 12, 2016 has been set in Orbixa Technologies' $41.9 million lawsuit against JitneyTrade Inc., Oscar Ribeiro, Kamal Mansouri and Eidolon Systems Inc.

If the parties cannot come to a mutually acceptable settlement through mediation, then Orbixa Technologies' action will proceed to trial.
