OrderPro Logistics Completes Acquisition of Open Network Systems, LLC

TUCSON, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 21, 2006 -- OrderPro Logistics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OPLO) announced today that it has executed all documents required to acquire Open Network Systems, LLC, a Tucson, Arizona-based technology services provider. This company currently provides technical services for OrderPro Logistics, Inc. as well as a broad base of customers in the residential areas surrounding the greater Tucson region. Now that this acquisition has been finalized, additional technology candidates will be pursued more aggressively.
