Oregon State University Renews 25-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Oregon State Athletics Achieves Record Setting Season Ticket Sales

IRVINE, CA and CORVALLIS, OR--(Marketwire - May 11, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that Oregon State University has renewed its 25-year partnership with a 10 year extension. Through this partnership, Oregon State will continue leveraging Paciolan's eVenue online ticketing system that has helped it achieve record-setting ticket sales for football and baseball.

Oregon State recently sold 27,000 season tickets for football during the 2010 season, a new record for the university. By leveraging Paciolan's flexible ticketing platform, the ticket office was able to build creative new season ticket packages which helped achieve this milestone. The new "Valley View" season ticket package, for example, sold an additional 4,000 season tickets last year.

The Oregon State ticket office leverages Paciolan's online ticketing system to streamline their sales process and efficiently sell season tickets, singles, packages and accept donations through their website "With so much interest in our athletic events, Paciolan enables us to quickly serve our customers with industry-leading ecommerce technology. Oregon State will leverage Paciolan's Access Management and digital ticketing solution to enable fans to purchase tickets online and print their tickets at home, alleviating the need to wait in long will call lines. Access scanning also alleviates many issues with ticketing high-demand events such as counterfeit ticketing. This new digital ticketing solution will help the ticket office to track attendance, including no-shows, to tailor marketing programs for future events.

Oregon State leverages the PACMail email marketing engine to reach donors and fans, while providing instant information for season ticket sales, single game sales and other athletic events. The email marketing system allows Oregon State to reach an email database of 94,000 fans with relevant, timely messages.
