HOLLISTON, MA--(Marketwire - Mar 30, 2011) - ESCO Tool is supplying a broad line of orifice unions that feature a variety of different size orifice plates for the precise regulation of process flow, specific pressure drop, and low pressure blanking applications.

ESCO Orifice Unions are available for pipe sizes ranging from 1/4" to 2" and feature 316L stainless steel orifice plates with drilled holes from 1/64" to 1" for regulating process flow. Providing a tab that is readily visible from the outside and stamped with the hole size, the orifice opening can be easily identified without breaking the union or shutting down the line. This, of course, saves a great deal of time and labor.

Suitable for 3,000 and 6,000 psi systems, ESCO Orifice Unions provide 45 degree cone-to-ball, metal-to-metal seating and are made from carbon steel with threaded or socketweld end connections, or optional 304L and 316L stainless steel and conform to ASTM and ANSI specifications. Applications include regulating process flow in high vacuum-, fluid handling-, flow- and process control systems.
