NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 13, 2013) - Orion Holdings, a unit of IPG Mediabrands, was selected by Crain's New York Business as a 2013 "Best Places to Work." The agency was presented with a trophy at a luncheon event held by the publication in New York City and was featured in the December 9, 2013 issue of the magazine.

Winning companies are chosen based on scores from a confidential employee survey combined with scores for an employer survey focusing on company benefits, employee salaries, perks, etc. Only nine companies within the advertising/public relations/marketing category were listed in the top 50.

Brian McMahon, CEO of Orion Holdings stated, "It's gratifying to be included among this prestigious group of companies where employees matter -- we work hard for our clients and it is good to know that the environment at Orion is one wherein our staff can flourish as individuals and focus on delivering excellence as a team."

In capturing Orion Holdings' mark of distinction Crain's New York Business stated, "The sign over the founder's desk sums it all up 'Work hard and be nice to people.'...
