The suggested buffet dinner is priced at $55 per person and includes soup and salads, seared salmon with champagne chive sauce, chicken breast with roasted shallots and wild mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes, almond green beans and choice of cracked pepper crusted top round of beef, maple glazed ham or tom turkey (served with dressing and cranberry sauce, of course). A holiday dessert table is also included in this offering.
