ORRV Hires Full-Time Management Consultant

PEORIA, IL--(Marketwire - September 17, 2009) - Oceanic Research and Recovery Inc. (ORRV) (PINKSHEETS: ORRV), a marine salvage and exploration company, today announced it has hired Peter Tobia as a full-time consultant overseeing investor and public relations as well as other corporate matters.

Mr. Tobia holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He also holds a New Jersey Professional Engineer's license as well as Real Estate licenses with Thorpe Sotheby's International Realty in Vero Beach, Fla., and Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty in Sea Girt, N.J., and specializes in luxury waterfront properties.
