Oshawa Housing Starts Remain Steady in June


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 11, 2011) - According to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), construction began on a total of 197 homes in June in the Oshawa Census Metropolitan Area (CMA), virtually unchanged from the same period last year. Single-detached homes have accounted for a record share (91 per cent) of total housing starts so far this year.
