OSI Continues to Receive Outstanding Marks for Customer Satisfaction

MONTEBELLO, NY--(Marketwired - May 10, 2016) - Customer satisfaction with Oncology Services International (OSI), the world's leading independent service organization for radiation oncology devices, continues to be exceptionally high according to the 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey released today.

OSI conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey as part of its commitment to providing the highest levels of quality service to radiation therapy providers and their patients. OSI's satisfaction scores for quality and value were 98% positive.

Participants also recognized OSI for its technical knowledge, communications and the experience of working with the company and its team.

NPS is being increasingly used to truly understand the level of customer satisfaction. NPS can be as low as -100 or as high as +100 based upon response to the question: "How likely are you to refer?" An NPS that is positive -- higher than zero -- is considered to be good, and an NPS of over 50 is excellent.
