TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 14, 2008) - Outlook Resources Inc. ("Outlook" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:OLR) wishes to advise that the Company has called an annual meeting for Monday, December 29, 2008. The Company also wishes to advise that three directors of the Company have resigned.

Lonsdale Schofield has resigned for health reasons. Jim Middagh has resigned to focus his attention on a business opportunity in China. Robert Farah has resigned to take on a consulting position where he is prohibited from acting as an officer or director of a public company.

Mr. Farah has been a director of the Company for more than 8 years and was offered a consulting position which he accepted. Messrs. Bottomley and Johnstone wish to thank Messrs. Schofield, Middagh and Farah for their guidance, wisdom, help and friendship over the years and wish them well.
