Outlook Announces Retirement of John Bottomley as President and C.E.O. and Appointment of Errol Farr

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 31, 2009) - Outlook Resources Inc. ("Outlook" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OLR) wishes to announce that John Bottomley has retired as President and C.E.O. of the Company. He will remain President of the Company's operating subsidiary, Agassiz Aqua Farms Inc.

Outlook also wishes to announce that Errol Farr, CMA has been appointed President, C.E.O. and a director of the Company, subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Farr is a seasoned executive with expertise in finance, accounting and operations. With over thirteen years of experience with publicly listed junior mining companies, he has worked as CFO with Adex Mining Inc., Tribute Minerals Inc., MagIndustries Corp., Dumont Nickel, and others, as well as on numerous consulting assignments. Mr. Farr studied at Queen's University and received his CMA designation in 1990 as well as recently completing the Ivey Executive Development Program.
