GMS Live Expert, a seamless Help Desk and NOC extension for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and service division of Global Mentoring Solutions announces it's '2011 Rapid Start' Partner Program enabling North American based MSPs to quickly and effectively outsource their Help Desk and NOC workload. To summarize the service, GMS Live Expert allows MSPs to expand business scope by providing phone, 24/7 chat and e-mail support for their SMB and Enterprise customers. Thus, allowing the MSP to effectively scale its operation without having to invest heavily in its resource support infrastructure.
