Owner's Pass Selected to Present at Keiretsu Forum's Angel Capital Expo

Luxury Suite Timesharing Provider Owner's Pass to Present to World's Largest Angel Investment Network

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - November 15, 2007) - Owner's Pass today announced that it has been selected to present at Keiretsu Forum's Angel Capital Expo, which will be held at Microsoft's Silicon Valley Campus on Friday, November 16. A dozen innovative companies seeking early-stage capital to grow their businesses will present to over 300 Keiretsu Forum members and accredited investor guests.

In August 2006, Owner's Pass raised a round of equity financing from a number angel investors, including several from the Keiretsu Forum. "Having raised equity capital from a number of different sources throughout my career, I have been most impressed with the broad exposure provided by Keiretsu Forum and the thoughtfulness of their due diligence process. Nowhere else could I present our unique proposition to so many qualified investors at one time," stated John Arledge, CEO and founder of Owner's Pass.

By offering timeshare packages for luxury suites, Owner's Pass dramatically lowers the entry price compared to full suite ownership and helps companies create a package of games that spans the entire calendar year and all pro sports and live entertainment events. For example, an Owner's Pass package can be customized to a company's schedule and locations to include a few games at each of the basketball, football, baseball, and hockey teams in a market or across multiple markets. Furthermore, traditional full-suite ownership typically results in less than 50 percent utilization. With the scheduling flexibility offered by Owner's Pass, companies can select and change games to suit their needs, which leads to a 100 percent utilization rate among Owner's Pass members.

Headquartered in Los Altos, California, Owner's Pass ( was founded in 2004. The company is the first to apply the proven timeshare business model to stadium luxury suites. The company currently owns luxury suites at sports stadiums throughout California, Illinois, New York and Texas, and is actively expanding to other major sports markets in the U.S.

With 15 chapters and over 700 accredited investor members throughout the world, Keiretsu Forum ( is the world's largest angel investment network. Keiretsu Forum members provide early-stage capital in the range of $250K-$2 million to high-quality, diverse investment opportunities and collaborate in the due diligence, but make individual investment decisions.
