P2 Solar, an Emerging Solar Power Station Developer in India, Retains CCG Investor Relations

SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2010) - P2 Solar, Inc. (OTCBB:PTOS) ("P2 Solar" or the "Company"), an emerging company focused on developing a 25 megawatt (MW) solar power station in Punjab, India with its corporate office in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, announced today that it has retained CCG Investor Relations to design and execute its investor relations campaign.

On January 11 2010, India formally launched its ambitious Jawaharlal National Solar Mission http://mnre.gov.in/pdf/mission-document-JNNSM.pdf, which is a major initiative of the Government of India and the State Governments to establish India as a global leader in solar energy. The plan is broken down into three phases. The first phase of the mission aims to generate 1000 MW of grid connected solar power by 2013, with a 50:50 allocation towards Solar PV and Solar thermal. The second phase (2013 to 2017) aims to commission an additional 3,000 MW by 2017. The final and third phase of the plan (2017 to 2022), aims to have deployed 20,000 MW of solar power by 2022.

"We look forward to working with CCG to establish an effective communications channel with the global investment community," said Mr. Raj-Mohinder Gurm, Chief Executive Officer of P2 Solar. "By leveraging CCG's international platform, extensive investor network and expertise, we are committed to active and transparent communications in order to raise our profile and improve investors' understanding of our business strategy and investment outlook. We expect to benefit from the recent strong demand for solar energy installations in India."

P2 Solar is in the early stages of its business model and is working on its very first proposed 25 MW solar power project in Punjab, India. P2 Solar's focus is on developing solar power stations for the purpose of providing electricity to areas starved of electrical power yet enjoying abundant exposure to sunlight.

"We are excited to be working with a client engaged in the solar energy industry within a market like India which has incredible growth opportunities," said Crocker Coulson, President of CCG. "We are confident P2 Solar is well positioned to establish itself as one of the leading suppliers of solar energy in Punjab, India and will maintain effective communications with investors."
