P2's Customer Satisfaction Rating Sees Dramatic Increase

Company's Rating Experiences 42-Percent Jump Over Course of Fiscal Year 2013

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Nov 20, 2013) - P2 Energy Solutions ("P2") has changed the way it does business, and its customers are responding. P2, the world's leading provider of technology and software solutions built for the upstream oil and gas industry, today announced that its customer satisfaction rating climbed 42 percentage points between October 2012 and September 2013. The rating is calculated using the Net Promoter Score method. In those 12 months, a diverse cross-section of P2's customer base provided hundreds of responses through monthly online surveys.

"P2's customer service has improved dramatically over the last few months," said Laura Gunn, a Senior Database Administrator at Cabot Oil & Gas. "Their communication is clear, quick and effective. In this fast-moving industry, companies not only want this type of communication, they demand it."
