PAC Machinery Unveils, Magnum Horizontal Auto Bagger With Dual-Side Label Printer Designed for Mail Order Fulfillment

Designed for Mail Order Fulfillment Bagging, the Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Bagger Uses Poly Mailer Tubing and Is Configured With an Optional Dual-Side Label Printer Applicator That Prints Shipping Information and Packing Slip on a Single Label, Eliminating Paperwork and Minimizing Errors

SAN RAFAEL, CA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2016) - PAC Machinery, a leader in the heat sealing and flexible packaging industry, announced today that it would begin offering their Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger with an optional TwinPrint™ Mod 6 label applicator from Fox IV Technologies. This option can print and apply a label that is printed on both sides. The two-side label may have shipping information on one side and a packing slip on the other side. These two vital documents are now available on a single label. This approach eliminates up to 60% of label liner waste as well as the additional costs of separate packing slips, plastic pouches, and the labor involved in preparing the packing slip and applying it to the bag. The Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment bagger provides seamless integration with warehouse management systems.

Time, labor and material savings lead to faster ROI

The Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger is designed to meet the unique requirements of order fulfillment packaging with a horizontal loading configuration and an integrated, next-bag-out label printer applicator. Ideal for packaging nearly every kind of apparel, the key differentiator found in the Magnum Horizontal is the ability to bag products up to 15" wide by virtually any length, using poly mailer tubing. Scan a single barcode and the Magnum creates a bag that can be adjusted to product size. With this approach, costs are trimmed by "right sizing" the bag for the apparel or product being packed. The use of poly mailer tubing can provide significant material cost savings over pre-made bags used on other auto baggers, as well as reduced material SKUs and a lighter load on inventory management.

The Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger is a compact system that also works well with Rollbags™ (pre-opened bags on a roll), should the operator wish to choose this option. Considering the potential for labor and material savings, the Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger can deliver a quick return on investment while greatly streamlining the entire mailer bagging and labeling process.

Built on a proven automatic bagger platform

Built on a proven platform, the Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger is the ultimate in reliability and ease of operation. Machine operation is as easy to learn, as it is easy to use. "The Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger used in conjunction with poly mailer tubing and the dual-side label applicator promotes quicker set-up, easier product handling and great savings compared to other bagging system," notes Mr. Greg Berguig, VP Marketing at PAC Machinery. "The Magnum trims production time, integrates with warehouse management systems, boosts productivity and delivers more consistent results," adds Berguig. The Magnum Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger is designed and manufactured in Berea, Ohio USA.
