Pacific Channel Ltd. Extends Agreement for MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.'s Exclusive U.S. Agent Rights to Hartindo Product Line

BRENTWOOD, TN--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) and (FRANKFURT: MEH) is pleased to announce that the Agreement with Pacific Channel Ltd. ("PCL") granting it the exclusive US Agent rights to the Hartindo product line has been amended to extend the time for meeting the first performance condition to January 31, 2010.

PCL has waived the original Hartindo sales quotas for the interim period, in light of its recognition of the significant progress made by MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. in advancing the Hartindo products toward U.S. certification and market launch through product testing, field demonstrations and ongoing negotiations with potential customers.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. President and CEO, Michael Robinson, commented, "We are gratified to know that PCL recognizes the Company's on-going efforts and significant advancements in product testing and demonstrations of the Hartindo anti-fire products during 2007. Numerous independent Hartindo product tests in recent months fulfilled our expectations that the products would meet high performance standards under stringent testing protocols. These test results have been important milestones for the Company in advancing the Hartindo products towards obtaining necessary product certifications and ultimately achieving market introduction across the United States."

About MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.

MSE Enviro-Tech owns the United States Agency Rights to the Hartindo line of products, including the various Hartindo anti-fire products that have received certifications and been used effectively in numerous other countries and which are slated for introduction across the United States by MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. As previously announced, a recent independent "mattress burn" test confirmed that the Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor met all the requirements of the new U.S. national flammability standard for mattresses, which took effect on July 1, 2007. In another independent burn test carried out on treated wood for home construction, AF21 fully met the requirements for the Class A Interior Wall and Ceiling Finish Category. Recently, the Class A designation earned during a test of wood treated with Hartindo AF31 (designed for use in forest fires), reinforced the belief that AF31 has a broad set of fire extinguishing and fire retardant applications. As well, a recent test was conducted in accordance with NPFA 701 -- Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films -- at CTT Group facilities in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. The 100% cotton Titan 21 Fire Blanket successfully passed the test with impressive results.

The Company is in the process of establishing a nationwide network of agents and distributors for the complete line of Hartindo environmentally friendly anti-fire products, encompassing AF21, a Fire Inhibitor, AF11E, a 1:1 Halon replacement alternative, and AF31, a Fire Extinguishing and Fire Inhibiting product that can be used on all classes of fires, as well as the Titan 21 Fire Blanket.
