Pacific Coastal Airlines Announces Direct Flights Between Victoria (YYJ) and Cranbrook (YXC) Airports

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 2, 2013) - Effective Wednesday, October 2, 2013 Pacific Coastal Airlines begins offering daily direct flights between Victoria (YYJ) and Cranbrook (YXC) Airports.

The direct flights make a single stop at Vancouver International Airports' South Terminal for passenger loading and unloading, while those passengers flying between the two primary destinations remain onboard.

"We've been providing regularly scheduled service to Cranbrook for ten years and to Victoria for thirteen, and during this time we've seen growth in the demand for a more direct connection between the two destinations," said Pacific Coastal Airlines' Vice President of Commercial Services Spencer Smith. "We're pleased to be able to provide our customers with this new service."

The new direct schedule between Victoria and Cranbrook airports operates as follows:

Cranbrook (YXC) to Victoria (YYJ)
Effective October 2nd, 2013 to July 7th, 2014
630 Mon - Fri 0800 0915 via Vancouver
638 Mon - Fri, Sun 1740 1900 via Vancouver
Victoria (YYJ) to Cranbrook (YXC)
Effective October 2nd, 2013 to July 7th, 2014
