Pacific Gold Corp. Series E Debenture Conversion is Complete

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 8, 2010) - Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS:PCFG) announced today that further to the Company press release dated September 7, 2010, the previously announced agreement to amend the remaining $220,000 Series E debentures is now complete.

The Investor had until March 2011 to complete their conversion into shares of PCFG but elected to do so on October 7, 2010. There are no more conversions or monies owing to the Investor.
