CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 6, 2012) - Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (TSX VENTURE:POC) announces today that effective July 3, 2012, Jeffrey B. Austin, President and Director of the company has tendered his resignation to pursue other business interests.
