Pacific Life Customer Service Wins the Gold


NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 4, 2014) - Innovation, dedication, and outstanding leadership earned Pacific Life Insurance Company one Gold and one Silver award at the 2014 American Business Awards.

Pacific Life's Gold Stevie was awarded in the Customer Service Department of the Year category. It recognized the Retirement Solutions Division's (RSD) success in supporting a unique one-stop-shop call center structure, including an extensive restructuring of the existing training program.

A Silver Stevie Award was presented to Frank Boynton, RSD's assistant vice president of Operations Solutions, for exceptional leadership in the division's call center. Boynton spearheaded creative new ways to serve Pacific Life clients, including a successful initiative to increase e-delivery participation.
