Pacific Life Wins Two Stevie(R) Awards for Sales & Customer Service


NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - Pacific Life was honored with Gold and Silver at the 2015 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Gold Stevie Award was received in the Contact Center of the Year category. It recognizes the call center of Pacific Life's Retirement Solutions Division for its achievements in driving employee engagement and retaining talent by "capturing the voice of the employee" in its development and advancement programs. The Silver Stevie Award was received in the Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year category. It honors the division's expansion of its "Pacific Promise" customer service standards to its Institutional Services line of business. Specifically, the customer service team converted a highly manual process into automated workflow systems, resulting in a streamlined service experience unique to the industry, which has helped increase institutional services funding volumes by 800% since inception.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are among the world's top awards programs for sales, contact center, and customer service awards. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for "crowned," the trophies were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
