Pacific Lottery Announces Appointment to and Resignations from the Board of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - May 27, 2005) - Pacific Lottery Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LUK) announces the appointment of Mr. Michael Aymong to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Aymong currently serves as Executive Chairman of WindyPoint Capital Holdings Inc., an international company that controls an investment bank, a merchant bank and an asset management company. WindyPoint currently operates globally in six cities located in Canada, U.S., and China.

Mike has distinguished himself as a corporate leader and business builder. Prior to entering the global-banking business he was President and CEO of London, UK based World Gaming PLC and instrumental in contributing to this company's profitable turnaround. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service for GT Group Telecom. Mike led the national expansion and participated in raising more than $2 billion in financing. Prior to Group Telecom, he served as acting Vice President Marketing & Sales Support for TELUS Advanced Communications where he participated in the national deployment of the company into Eastern Canada. Mike also served as Director of Operations and Support for Metronet Communications, prior to its purchase of AT&T Canada. Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
