Pacific Park at the Santa Monica Pier to Launch Cygnus E-Ticketing

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2005 -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (OTC: CYGT) today announced it has signed a contract with Santa Monica Amusements to provide print at home ticketing technology and services for Pacific Park, the west coast's only amusement park located on a pier. Tickets will soon be available at pacpark.com. The new online ticket store will utilize Cygnus' ceShop™ E-commerce sales engine, ceTicket® electronic fulfillment technology and cePay™ financial processing.
