Pacific Peak Investments Signs Letter-of-Intent to Invest Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) in Mexican Distributor for Mike's Hard Lemonade

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 1, 2005 -- Pacific Peak Investments (OTC BB: PPKI) announced today that it has signed a letter-of-intent with Inversion Solida Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Inversion") to invest $500,000 in the Cancun, Mexico-based company. Inversion intends to utilize the capital in Canmex Imports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inversion, which is the exclusive distributor for Mike's Hard Lemonade in Mexico.

Neil Mikkelson, President of Inversion, stated, "We are extremely bullish on the prospects for Canmex Imports. After launching and marketing Mike's Hard Lemonade in the Cancun region, demand from major retailers and other regions in Mexico has been strong and this new working capital will allow Canmex Imports to dramatically increase its capabilities to take advantage of this interest. The potential impact on Canmex Import's revenue will be substantial. Furthermore, we are seeking exclusive contracts for additional product lines that will complement the Canmex Imports distribution model."

Bruce MacGregor, President and CEO of Pacific Peak Investments, stated, "Mike's Hard Lemonade is the number one selling brand family in the U.S. in the flavored malt beverages segment. Consequently, we are optimistic that the infusion of capital into Canmex Imports will assist the brand in achieving similar results in Mexico. Mike's Hard Lemonade is also the number one 6-pack brand family in the U.S. for flavored malt beverages. This is an excellent opportunity for Pacific Peak Investments to once again get in on the ground floor of a very exciting early stage consumer products company which has the potential for tremendous growth and a positive return for our shareholders."
