Dirk intends to focus on his growing consulting and speaking business. The board would like to thank Dirk for his many contributions over a critical time in PSP's history.
PSP also announces that its AGM was concluded with no business being undertaken as quorum was not reached. PSP would like to thank shareholders who attended the meeting.
