Pacific Safety Products Inc. Announces Management Change

KANATA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2011) - Pacific Safety Products Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PSP) ("PSP or the "Company"), today announced the contract assignment of Janet Mason, President expired February 15, 2011.

Prior to assuming the role of President in July 2010, Ms. Mason had been assisting PSP in a consulting capacity. Ms. Mason will return to her previous role as a consulting executive addressing a variety of initiatives underway in the Company.
